Assalamualaikum.Lillah apa khabar?Brapa bulan dh skarang?Sebenarnya akak nk tanya lillah yg dh banyak pengalaman ni..Macam mana nk cari pekerja ye?Yang betul2 boleh commit..kebanyakan yg nk kerja dgn akak sbb nk blaja buat kek..huhubukan akak xboleh ajar..tp bila mereka guna alasan tu, mereka akan berhenti bila2 masa bila dah pandai..tinggalla akak sorang,huhuBoleh sharekan pengalaman lillah?Trima kasih 
Nur Khalilah RasyidahWaalaikumusslm...Alhamdulillah....Baby sudah dua bulan setengah...1) Untuk cari perkerja boleh iklankan di fb, di mudah.my dan melalui sms2) Untuk mendapat pekerja buatlah kontrak dan nyatakan semasa proses temuduga.. Contohnya kontrak 1 tahun atau 2 tahun.. Jangan lama-lama sangat... Jika kita rasa serasi, perbaharui kontrak tersebut...- Nur Khalilah Rasyidah3) Gaji staff perlulah rasional... Usahakanlah minimum RM1500 ke atas.. Tak kisahlah bisnes kek tu nak beroperasi berapa jam pun, cubalah usahakan gaji staf yang rasional untuk mereka hidup... Untuk permulaan boleh kalau nak bayar RM900.. Tetapi kemudian naikkan RM1000 dan usahakan RM1500.. Setiap kali bisnes berkembang, berikan bonus..
- Nur Khalilah Rasyidah4) Dalam masa yang sama ikat hati staf-staf dengan usrah. Masa kerja kita tak sempat nak kenali hati budi dan fikiran mereka. Kita tak kenal peribadi sebenar mereka dan keadaan keluarga merekaTapi masa usrah inshaallah kita dapat cuba saling mengenali dan memahamiuntuk seorang staf bertahan bawah majikan, majikan perlulah menunjukkan yang dia memahami, menyayangi dan melindungi staff.Staf tidak perlu ada rasa takut kepada majikan.Sebaliknya staf perlu rasa hormat kepada majikan.Staf tidak perlu ada rasa bisnes ini beban kepadanya. Sebaliknya staf perlu rasa bisnes ini sesuatu yang banyak kebaikan menguntungkan untuk dirinya dan keluarganya
- Nur Khalilah Rasyidah5) Rezeki itu milik Allah. Allah berhak beri dan berhak ambil. Staf juga begitu. Siapalah kita ni nak tahan staf dari datang dan pergi. Kepada Allah juga kita memohon. Semoga setiap yang pergi akan segera berganti. Semoga yang berganti akan lebih baik daripada sebelumnya. Yakin kepada Allah, sentiasa bersangka baik. Layanilah semua staf dengan hati yang lapang tak kira samada mereka ada niat baik atau tidak, nak kerja lama atau sekejap... Berkongsi sahaja ilmu yang ada... Inshaallah murah rezeki...

Isu Jodoh Lambat Sedangkan Diri Sudah Berubah Ke Arah Lebih Baik

Kte single lg..n of coz ble da umur nk msuk 27, mst parent akn tye da ad calon sume kn..honestly kte memang xde spe2...last time kte couple, 4 years ago, n it was a really big mistake kte..kte ckp big mistake sbb kte couple dgn org yg beragama, study in egypt..tp kte rs byk zina hati yg kte bt..i mean of coz la ad rndu sume..n kdng2 bla chatting mst kdng2 solat jd xtntu arh..mmg kte akui kte yg brsalah..not my ex bf..n at last kami putus, myb sbb ble ad prob, jaoh n ssh nk slesaikan prob tu... - C

Waslm...., jodoh ni hak milik Allah... ia dah ditetapkan Allah semenjak dalam perut mak... cepat atau lambat perkara kedua, yang penting jodoh tetap ada. Jika tidak bertemu di dunia, Inshaallah ada di syurga. Di syurga tiada orang bujang.. Tindakan yang perlu Su buat ialah pasang niat untuk berkahwin supaya mendapat redha Allah. Kedua , perbaiki hati, ibadah, akhlak dan hubungan dengan semua makhluk. Jodoh ni kadang2 terhalang kerana dosa-dosa kita... jadi perbanyakkan taubat.... taubat tu maksudnya jangan buat lagi dosa-dosa silam... dosa lalai solat... dosa lalai tangungjawab...dan lain-lain.... honestly I did ask those questions to myself before this...thus, in 2007-2010, I began my searchingI joined many classes of comparative religionI studied about Hindu, Buddha, Christian, Jews..Studied bibleI attend classes and listen to debate between religionI took informal classes and did take formal classesI did discuss with non muslimIts a long journey.....and finally today I know I'm on the right trackMy advice, don't trust me.. You must seek the truth on your own, with your own eyes and ears, with your own hands... ofcourse with your own heart - B
I get that, though. I find that all religions, one way or another, are judgemental and rather flawed.Let's sayI've been to a Mormon Church, (didn't like it btw, I find that their hospitality is SO weird. Too friendly that it's creepy) and all of them are saying that Heavenly Father helps them and showed them the way.Went to a mosque and they have the same story, too.It's like... Holy shit, everyone has a story to tell.However, I do respect people's belief, though.It's just that, it amazes me how people can finally choose their religions and put all of their faith in it and become devout.

Say, I think I'm Muslim because I am born a Muslim. But it seems like Muslim people are quick to judge that I grow to push the religion away.It seems like it is useless to follow a religion where the believers shun you for telling them who you are. And they hate you for that.I don't want to follow a religion that teaches its followers to pass judgment.It's the same as Christianity, they do the same.- B
Certain branches of Buddhism are like that, too. But most of them are so accepting.It struck me as, Gosh, this world sure has a lot of hatred going on.And mostly stem from religions.So, that's why I asked you. As a comparative religion's student, we had a lot of questions. Some orang alim ( no matter which religion) become angry when we asked them very precise questions.. They will said "Derhaka!"But for me, if this is something that I am going to die for, there should be VERY STRONG PROOF for me to stay. - Nur Khalilah Rasyidah
